It was a great experience working with Nikhil! To begin with, we were first time home buyers, and being in one of the most competitive markets without much knowledge, we thought it would be a long and tedious journey but when we spoke to Nikhil, he gave us a home buying 101 class which was helpful and also an icebreaker! Once we found the house, he helped us in putting up an offer with a lot of guidance with respect to the offer pricing which was very helpful!
